Returns and Exchange

To enjoy BOSE Warranty, kindly note the procedure for warranty claims :-

 

All warranty period is deemed to have commenced from the date of Receipt

 

Customer shall produce the invoice along with the faulty product

 

After checking the faulty Product, if it is confirmed a manufacturer defect, ASP will arrange 1 to 1 replacement

 

In instances where the same item is not in stock or available, we reserve the rights to exchange it with another item (within the same model range / retail price).

 

All transactions are strictly on cash terms / credit cards only and are non-refundable.
